  6. Remember that any blade can cut or scratch glass. We will not be held responsible for damaged glass.

Shipping Policy

  1. We use third party carriers such as FedEx and UPS. All prices exclude Shipping & Handling. Shipping & Handling will be added to all orders.
  2. Factors that affect shipping rates include: dimensional weight (not actual weight), value, type of delivery service, type of destination (home or office), and time of year.
  3. All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. FedEx and UPS services are not guaranteed. We will not refund shipping charges because FedEx or UPS failed to deliver on time.

Return Policy

  1. No returns accepted unless merchandise is damaged or defective. All sales are final.
  2. If merchandise is damaged or defective, contact us at auto@idsfinishes.com for resolution. Be sure to state your order number.
