Please note the following sales terms and conditions, which are subject to change at any time and without notice.

• Prices do not include applicable sales tax. We currently charge sales tax in the following states (CA, FL, IL, IN, KS, MD, MN, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC & VA). Sales tax will be added to all orders unless a valid resale certificate is presented at or before order placement.
• Partial rolls, opened full rolls, and discontinued products may not be returned under any circumstances.
• IDS may elect to accept the return of unopened full rolls with prior written authorization. A restocking fee will apply.
• Orders are non-cancelable and deposits are non-refundable.
• Please be sure to review the most recent Technical Bulletin prior to installing Belbien.
• While rare, communicated lead times are subject to change due to inventory changes/discrepancies and freight delays/damages. These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
